PLGSP ले तय गरेका लक्ष्य हासिल गर्नका लागि विभिन्न चौध वटा प्रतिफल अन्तरगत विविध क्रियाकलापहरू सञ्चालित छन् र सुदूरपश्चिम प्रदेशमा पनि सोही बमोजिम PLGSP का विविध क्रियाकलापहरू प्रादेशिक वार्षिक रणनीतिक कार्यन्वयन योजना (PASIP) अनुसार सञ्चालित छन् । उल्लिखित क्रियाकलापहरूको प्रभावकारी कार्यान्वयनका लागि मुख्यमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रिपरिषदको कार्यालय अन्तरगत रहने गरी PLGSP को प्रादेशिक कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन एकाई (PPIU) को स्थापना र सञ्चालन भइ आएको छ । यसै सन्दर्भमा प्रादेशिक कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन एकाईले विशेषगरी प्रदेश सरकार र मातहतका कार्यालय तथा निकायहरुको संस्थागत क्षमता विकास तथा अन्तरसरकारी सम्बन्ध सुदृढीकरणमा मुख्यरुपमा कार्य गरिरहेको छ । यसै अन्तरगत, प्रदेश सरकारलाई कानुन निर्माण, अन्तरसरकारी संयन्त्रहरुको प्रभावकारी परिचालन, धरातलिय र ठाडो जवाफदेहिताको प्रवर्द्धन, विद्युतीय प्रणालीहरुको विकास तथा सवलीकरण, अनुगमन तथा मूल्याङ्कन सम्बन्धी संस्थागत विकास लगायतका कार्यहरु मार्फत प्रदेश सरक

Chaubise Rural Municipality is located in the south-eastern region of Dhankuta district. Its area is 147.6 square km and total population is 19,283. This municipality has formed by merging seven former VDC and located its office at Rajarani Bazaar (Patti Bazaar) of Dhankuta district considering center points for its eight wards. Based on the spirits of Constitution of Nepal, all services and citizen centric development activities need to be delivered through lowest structure i.e ward offices in a convenient and transparent mechanism. For this Chaubise rural municipality has initiated information technology system and its components to deliver the services in a swift, transparent and most accountable manner.

The training on information technology for the employees working in the Ministry of the province and agencies(Computer Officer and Operator) has been organized by the Provincial Center for Good Governance(PCGG), Sudurpashchim, Punna Doti from 29th Oct. to 2nd Nov. 2021. This program aims to strengthen, streamline and smooth service delivery under the Ministry level of Information Technology by conducting training on information technology in the Ministry of PG. There were 25  employees working in the Computer section in this program.
