• Officials from Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (OPMCM). Ministry of Finance, Officials from Federal Government Office/Ministry/Commission, Provincial Programme Directors/Managers from Provinces, Representatives from Local Government Associations (MUAN and NARMIN), Development Partners (European Union, Norwegian Embassy, SDC), UNDP, UN Women and PLGSP Programme Coordination Unit (PCU) team.

Endorsements and Decisions:

1. The Annual Work Plan (AWP) for 2026 was formally endorsed, prioritizing digitization and e-governance, GESI and inclusive governance, sectoral federalism, strengthening of PRTAS, and evidence-based policy research.
2. A total budget of USD 2.821 million was approved for implementation of the endorsed AWP 2026.
