Decisions and Endorsements

The TAC unanimously endorsed the following agenda items:

1. Revised TA Budget 2025: Reduction from USD 2.7 million to USD 2.17 million
2. Endorsement of Strategic Documents
   1. Combined Capacity Assessment and Partnerships Mapping Report
   2. English version of PLGSP Implementation Guideline.
3. Support to PRTAS: Enhancement of five curricula and development of three Strategy and Business Plans through outsourced NASC
4. Provision of Equipment Support Strengthening inter-governmental coordination through support.
5. Introduction of New Activity: improvement of Own Source Revenue (OSR) in 25 local governments across five province
6. In person TAC meeting and NSC meeting to be held on December 2025.
