Training summary report of Job Entry Training Kalawalagui Jhapa

Venue: Province Training Center Kalawalguri Jhapa

Back ground: Province Training Center Kalawalguri Jhapa organized 5th events of Job Entry training to newly appointed LGs staffs of province One. In this training, total 20 participants invited and 19 were (9 Female) participated. The objective of the training was to achieve the PLGSP result of outcome 3 and output 14.4. This is the demand base training, the participants who were registered their name in Province Training Center for training were invited. The training supports newly appointed LGs staffs to improve their quality service delivery. In this year, PCGG Jhapa planned to conduct the 5 events of job entry training and this is the last events. This training is very meaningful to newly appointed LGs staffs. This training supports to uplift the participants to make their good future career. Provincial Training Center, Province 1, Kalwalguri Jhapa organized this training as per the request of Local governments. For this event participants invited from18 LGs of province -1. The duration of the training was 7 days residential. It started from 28 November and completed in 04 December 2021.

On this training, total 20 LGs newly appointed officials invited from 18 LGs and out of them, total 19 participants participated.  The women participation is seemed good. out of 19, total 9 women staffs participated. PTC /PCGG managed the quality facilitators from different sectors. The seven days training divided in to 28 sessions and 10 professionals' facilitators facilitated the session.

Capacity Development Expert Mr. Balram Sharma provided the management and facilitation support, inline, Ms. Bidhya Gautam Curriculum development expert, Ms. Tshring yodin Sherpa GESI expert and Suresh Bhattarai from PTC also supports on well management.

The inauguration programme was organized. haired by Mr. Ganesh prasad Timsina, executive director of PTC chaired the inauguration programme. Respected district Judge Mr. Dil Kumar Bardewa was invited as a chief guest and Mr. Madan Koirala from MOFAGA was invited as a special gust. The PTC section officer Mr. Abhay Kumar Gupta welcome the all participants and invited guests. The training objective was clarifying by LG expert Ms. Anita Guragai. Chief guest and special gust provided the valuable suggestion and remarks in inauguration programme. The programme was closed with valuable suggestions and instruction by chairperson.  

Objectives

  • The capacity development of newly appointed LGs staffs (Level 4). Improve the quality service delivery.
  • To achieve the result of PCGG/PLGSP under outcome 3 and output 14.4

Outputs Delivered:

  • Provide the quality training, capacitate LGs newly recruited staffs on their role and responsibilities, Participants well known on the quality service delivery procedure. Total 19 participants are benefited.

Detail of training participant: The duration of the training is 7 days residential. Training was organized in Kalabalguri Jhapa. The 19 participants (9 women) were participated.

Remarks and suggestion

Executive director Mr. Ganesh Prasad Timsina chair the inauguration programme. Respected district Judge Mr. Dil Kumar Bardewa was invited as a chief guest and Mr. Madan Koirala from MOFAGA was invited as a special gust. The PTC section officer Mr. Abhay Kumar Gupta welcome the all participants. Anita Guragai LG expert (team leader) PCGG Jhapa, Abhaya Kumar Yadav Section officer PTC and Balram Sharma CD Expert, Bidhya Gautam Curriculum Expert, Tshring Yodin Shrpa GESI Expert and PCGG/PTC team participated in inauguration programme.  Executive director Mr. Ganish Timsina address the trainees and shared the importance of Job entry training for their quality service delivery. He emphasizes that this training is very important to uplift the participant's personal career and growth.
