As one of the provincial level’s training and orientation programs, a 2-day’s “orientation program on COVID sensitive service delivery and hospitality” was designed for the office-support staffs of the ministries, commissions, directorates and provincial level offices for increasing their awareness while delivering services in the offices and improving hospitality services to the office personnel and guests in the offices. The program contents were finalized in the coordination with the PLGSP’s provincial level coordination committee and Office of Chief Minister and Council of Ministers of Gandaki province.
