A two day Gender Responsive Budget (GRB) ToT has been carried out successfully which took place in Dhangadhi Kailali from 30 December 2021 to 31st 2021. The objective of the training was to develop facilitator and resource person to conduct GESI audit and mainstreaming strategy in LGs. Altogether 27 Participants were invited from selected LGs and freelancer by covering nine districts. Out of 27 participants, 2 were male and 25 were female. In the formal opening session was chaired by PCGG-ED Mr Padam Raj joshi with delivery of GESI introductory session. Mr Ganga Bahadur Kharel, Secretary from OCMCM was also invited as a Chief Guest who also lead the one session on the national and international provisions related to GESI. The technical session was facilitated by Dr Anita Shrestha and Rita Bhadra. The two days GRB ToT was mainly focused on the GESI concept, the GRB guidelines and its practical effectiveness in the LGs.
