Provincial Coordination Committee (PCC) meeting chaired by Honorable Chief Minister of Lumbini Province was organized on 23 March 2022 (09 Chaitra, 2078) at Hotel Maharaja, Butwal, Rupandehi. 52 participants in total, including 11 PCC members (2 women), representatives from OCMCM, PPIU and secretaries from provincial line ministries, Deputy Mayor and Vice-chairpersons from Municipalities/Rural Municipalities participated in the program. The main objective of the PCC meeting was to approve the full proposals recommended by the IPF technical Committee received from municipalities. Undersecretary/PPM Kaman Singh Thapa Magar welcomed all the participants and presented the overall process adapted by now since initial notice publication for concept note, selection of concept notes for calling full proposals to its selection and approval.  A total of 22 proposals were submitted by municipalities out of which 9 proposals were selected based on IPF guideline and approved by PCC meeting. Finally, the meeting concluded with following agreed decision.

• The meeting acknowledged the IPF proposal selection process and approved 9 full proposals among 22 recommended by IPF technical committee.
