Ms. Bandana Jha is an accomplished Under Secretary in the Government of Nepal, currently serving as National Program Manager (NPM) in Province and Local Governance Strengthening Programme (PLGSP), a national flaghsip programm hosted by Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA).

With over a decade of experience in public administration, her career includes pivotal roles such as Under Secretary at the the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Office of Nepal Trust and the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development.

Ms. Jha is perusing a Ph.D. in Development and Sustainability from the Asian Institute of Technology. She holds a Master’s degree in Agriculture with a focus on Plant Pathology from the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science. Her expertise spans agriculture, research, reflecting her dedication to sustainable development and agricultural advancement.
