4th National Steering Committee (NSC) Meeting Minute

Co-chaired by: Hon'ble Chief Minister Dirgha Bahadur Sodari, (Sudurpashim Province), Hon'ble Chief Minister Satish Kumar Singh (Madhesh Province)

Convener: Dr. Narayan Prasad Regmi, Joint-Secretary, MoFAGA and NPD, PLGSP

Participation: Hon'ble Member of NPC, Secretaries of MoFAGA, OPMCM, MoWCSC, Principal Secretaries, Joint Secretaries from MoFAGA, Representatives from FCGO, Mayors (2), Deputy Mayors (2), Chairpersons (2) and Deputy Chairpersons (2), Representative of ADCCN, MUAN and NARMIN, PLGSP JFA DPS, UNDP, USAID and PCU team.

Decisions:

• The National Steering Committee (NSC) approved the Programme Document of "Provincial and Local Governance Strengthening Programme (PLGSP) 2024-2029", as submitted by the 9th National Executive Committee (NEC) Meeting (held on 18 June 2024), with subject to insertion of the feedback received in the meeting from NSC members. (मिति २०८१ असार ४ मा सम्पन्न नवीं राष्ट्रिय कार्यकारी समितिले पेश गरेको "प्रदेश तथा स्थानीय शासन सबलीकरण कार्यक्रम (PLGSP) को कार्यक्रम दस्तावेज (सन् २०२४-२०२९)" राष्ट्रिय निर्देशक समितिका सदस्यबाट बैठकमा प्राप्त सुझावहरू समेत समावेश गरी स्विकृत गर्ने ।
