OCMCM Karnali province with collaboration of PPIU/PLGSP, EUSIF/UNDP and PSP/UNDP was organized  a discussion/interaction program (on Gender, GBV and Karnali Declaration) on the occasion of International Women’s Day. on 1st March 2024  at Suva hotel, Surkhet. The Inter-Party Women's Network, representing 10 districts of Karnali Province, actively participated in the event. The program was formally inaugurated by Chief Minister ,Raj Kumara Sharma, and Mr. Ananda Saru, Acting Principal Secretary, delivered a welcoming speech.
The provincial chair, Mrs. Goma Kunwar, made a pledge to implement the 29 point GBV declaration at the district level during the event. She affirmed her commitment to promoting necessary coordination and holding local and provincial governments accountable for effective execution .
