Chief Minister of Madhesh Province, Mr. Jitendra Sonal, after assuming office has made a powerful start to his tenure by approving as his first official document the “Hello CM” initiative his first official act in office, a key activity under the Provincial and Local Governance Strengthening Programme (PLGSP). This initiative, supported by the PLGSP, is a big step toward making the government more responsive, transparent, and people focused. Through PLGSP’s technical support, this initiative aims to enhance transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement, reinforcing the government’s commitment to inclusive and participatory governance in Madhesh Province.

With “Hello CM,” citizens can now directly share their grievances, feedback, and suggestions with the provincial leadership making their voices heard and their concerns addressed. This is more than a system it's a commitment to inclusive governance and stronger connections between the people and their government.
