Nagesh Badu is an IT & e-governance specialist at the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration under Provincial and Local Governance Support Program (PLGSP). He comes with over 12 years of experience in the field of ICT, with more than 8 years in supporting e-governance at local governments of Nepal. 

He holds a MSc in Engineering and Management of Information Systems from the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden and Bachelor’s in Information Management from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He has also pursued MSc in Development Management and Governance from Nepal Open University.

Mr. Badu is an e-governance and ICT4D enthusiast and strong believer that technology, if implemented well can exponentially increase the pace of development.
