The three days GRB and GESI related Training of Trainers (ToT) conducted from 11 November to 13 November at Hotel Temple Resort, Dhangadhi, and Kailali. Out of 30 participants, seven participants were female and 23 were male. The participants were selected from Social Development Officer from nine district, Selected Local Government Official, few related ministries and free-lance consultant. The main objectives of the ToT were to develop a potential local resource person to conduct GESI and GRB related training, at local level in the future. During the ToT, the participants discussed the process of budget analysis, social inclusion status of local level through group exercise. Finally the micro teaching was also exercised by the facilitator in which 70% of the participants have been selected as a potential resource person; however the female participants were very less.
